50 to 70 kg of Jalebi is sold daily
Jalebi shopkeeper Deep Kumar told that Godna Semaria fair is organized here. The fair in which Jaggery Keejlebi is famous because of this shop. Jalebi is made from flour and jaggery on the flame of coal. At the same time, first the solution is prepared by mixing flour and color in water. After that it is left for 1 to 2 days. When the solution is ready. After that it is kept in a cloth. Jalebi is made in boiling oil. After straining the jalebi, it is dipped in the prepared jaggery paste. Due to which jaggery juice enters in it.
He told that because of this the taste of Jalebi becomes very special. People come from far and wide to buy it. He told that it is sold at Rs 100 per kg. Shopkeeper Deepak Kumar told that 45 to 55 kg of Jalebi is consumed daily at this shop. While 2 to 3 quintals of Jalebi are sold daily in the fair.
